Aqeel Ahmad
Ababeel Information
A researcher in hybrid coding for artificial
intelligence in crop modelling, appointed research leader for crop cultivation
under extreme climates at the Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural
Resources Research, CAS, and holder of three registered patents.
Dr.
Aqeel Ahmad is a young and energetic academician and researcher working in the
field of agricultural sciences at the Institute of Geographical Sciences and
Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing. He performed
his doctoral research work at the University of Florida, USA, and earned his
degree (Ph.D.) from the University of the Punjab. Then, he joined Huazhong
Agricultural University as a Postdoctoral Fellow, and now he is serving the
Chinese Academy of Sciences as an Assistant Professor. He extensively studied
plant signalling pathways and the intermediate elements by exploiting his core
skills in proteomics and metabolomics. Currently, he is working on the impact
of natural resources on agricultural crops through metadata-analysis and
artificial intelligence for better food security conditions under predicted climate
extremes.
He has published 89 research manuscripts in world-renown journals and
won three research grants and one research honor award at the young age of 34
years. His editorial activities in multiple Impact Factor journals and book
publishers have made him a distinctive and progressive figure in the researchers’
pool.
