How to sell property or vehicle while you are abroad?

Power of Attorney (POA) by Asad

PoA is a common document used to give rights to anyone back in your country to do some legal stuff on your behalf, for example selling property on your behalf.

 

You can get PoA online or directly from the embassy office in your city.

1- Online from NADRA website:

For online  visit  NADRA website and apply online, Please read about the required documents and process before applying.


Note: For this method make sure you select 2 witness who are nearby you , because at next steps they need to sign some forms and submit finger prints online.

 

2- Offline method in embassy

Visit embassy with required documents and apply onsite.

Hello dear,
you can do it by applying for a power of attorney either by embassy or online platform through NADRA.
